CO-DIRECTOR: Caroline Sharman
Caroline Sharman-Mendoza is a Creative Arts Consultant. For the British Council she has directed productions in Syria, Mauritius, Greece and Mexico and in the UK at Scottish Opera, Chichester Theatre (Minerva) and Glyndebourne Touring Opera. Between 2000 and 2019 She was Artistic Director and CEO of New Theatre Royal Portsmouth, The Theatre Chipping Norton and Head of Operations at Parham House and Gardens. She is currently running CULTURE SPARK, an initiative, funded by Chichester District Council, which provides accessible creative opportunities in Petworth, Midhurst, Chichester and the Manhood peninsular. www.culturesparkchi.co.uk
CO-DIRECTOR: Anne Ridley
Anne studied Psychology as a mature student at Goldsmiths College and obtained a PhD from the University of East London. She worked at London South Bank University and became an Associate Professor and published academic. Anne moved to the Chichester area in 2016 and for several years was a volunteer caseworker for Victim Support. She is currently a trustee of The YOU Trust, which supports vulnerable people in the South of England.
Co-DIRECTOR: Jane de Burgh
Jane was a nurse for many years before becoming a medical editor on health books and journals. She completed an MSc in Public Health in 2005 and has spent the last fifteen years working in infectious disease control. Most recently, she trained to be a professional Coach and has her own small gardening company. She has worked at a strategic level with asylum seekers in the UK and works as a volunteer career coach with vulnerable women.

Johanna Harley

It all begins with an idea. Jo is a great communicator and linguist who loves brainstorming.
Jo has a degree in Arabic and French from Edinburgh. She is freelancing for an NGO in France.
Nico Mendoza
Build it.
Nico is a brilliant organiser and analyst and gets on with it.
Nico has a Masters in National Security Studies from Kings College London, his first degree was in International Relations at Leicester.
Poppy Carter
Grow it.
Poppy brings passion to our plans and gives great attention to detail to our creative projects.
Poppy has a degree in Anthropology and Documentary Making from Goldsmiths.
