CO-DIRECTOR: Caroline Sharman
Caroline Sharman is a Creative Arts Consultant. For the British Council she has directed productions in Syria, Mauritius, Greece and Mexico and in the UK at Scottish Opera, Chichester Theatre (Minerva) and Glyndebourne Touring Opera. Between 2000 and 2019 She was Artistic Director and CEO of New Theatre Royal Portsmouth, The Theatre Chipping Norton and Head of Operations at Parham House and Gardens.
CO-DIRECTOR: Kate Viner
Kate Viner is an artist and sculptor. She works on community projects, public art and outreach programs. Kate has run workshops with teenagers excluded from school for the 5 Senses public art project in Portsmouth and has collaborated with charities such as Children Caught in Crossfire to create public art to aid reconciliation and peace work around the world.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Bryle Cádavos
Bryle Cadavos is an IT project manager, currently working in the financial services industry for the Derivatives Service Bureau. Bryle has previously worked for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), British Airways and International Airline Group (IAG). He had undertaken his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from Abertay University and will be starting his masters’ studies at SOAS, University of London in September 2021, whilst continuing to work..

Johanna Harley

Nico has a Masters in National Security Studies from Kings College London, his first degree was in International Relations at Leicester.

Poppy has a degree in Anthropology and Documentary Making from Goldsmiths.
